With the aim of developing the local market within the Barnwell Country, Blackville CDC partnered with the Southern Palmetto Chamber of Commerce and Auxilium Development. This partnership made it possible for small business owners, entrepreneurs and citizens, to attend two workshops that focused on strengthening their business foundations.
